What will you do?

- Lead the quality strategy to ensure compliance with customer and electronics industry standards.
- Manage and develop Quality, Quality Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with certifications and quality management systems.
- Lead internal, external, and customer audits.
- Develop action plans for problem-solving and preventing recurrence.

What we are looking for:

- Solid experience in leadership roles within the electronics or manufacturing industry.




- Knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving.
- Experience in customer relations and supplier management.
- Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
