About the Role

The Principle Process Engineer I is responsible for providing engineering support to Trion operating facilities in the Gulf of Mexico. This position requires interface with Operations, Production Engineering, HSE and other functions, and is responsible for providing technical support to the production facilities, advising on startup, shutdowns, process and production optimization (inclusive of emissions reduction efforts) and supporting the integration of future development projects. The role will contribute to operations readiness, commissioning and startup activities and transition into ongoing operational stewardship as the project moves into steady‑state Operate Phase.

Duties and Responsibilities

Execute Phase

- Integrate with the Trion project engineering team to fully understand the design of all process systems on the FPU, FSO, and subsea systems (philosophies, specifications, data sheets, drawings, packages, verification plans and procedures)
- Support review and development of standard operating procedures, temporary startup (operational test procedures, OTPs) and flowback operations.
