Contact Center Specialist – Guadalajara (Onsite)

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco – Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: MONDAY TO FRIDAY - TENTATIVE SAT 40hr per week

7 am - 4 pm CST

Salary: $19,500 MXN + benefits above law

We are looking for Contact Center Specialists to support patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

- Handle patient/customer calls and inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Verify patient and insurance information.
- Resolve customer concerns and document interactions.
- Follow healthcare privacy and service standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree — mandatory.
- Healthcare, hospital, insurance, or patient call center experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems.
- Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic is a plus.

Work Location: Onsite – Guadalajara, Jalisco.
