Job Description Principales responsabilidades Participar activamente en proyectos de mejora continua, incluyendo Manufactura Esbelta (Lean Manufacturing), 5S, Kaizen e iniciativas de optimización de procesos.
Brindar apoyo a las áreas de Producción, Ingeniería y Suministros en el análisis de datos, identificación de oportunidades de mejora y seguimiento de iniciativas operativas.
Participar en el desarrollo, preparación y seguimiento de proyectos CAPEX, incluyendo el monitoreo del progreso, la documentación y el seguimiento financiero de estos proyectos.
Recopilar, analizar y dar seguimiento a información operativa y financiera, generando reportes e indicadores que ayuden a identificar oportunidades de optimización, reducción de costos y mejora en la toma de decisiones.
Apoyar en la gestión y desarrollo de proveedores, incluyendo la evaluación de alternativas, análisis de propuestas comerciales, búsqueda de nuevos proveedores y seguimiento de compras, facturación y pagos.
Colaborar en la estandarización y documentación de procesos, así como en reuniones, talleres,



sesiones de capacitación y actividades relacionadas con proyectos y mejora continua.

Requisitos Estudiantes de las carreras de Ingeniería en Manufactura, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Química o áreas afines.
Cursar actualmente el 4.º semestre o superior. No se requiere experiencia previa.
Inglés intermedio a avanzado (interacción con equipos internacionales).

Conocimientos y habilidades Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
Herramientas de mejora continua (deseable)
Control y gestión de documentos.
Conocimientos de Power BI (deseable)
Conocimientos de metodologías de calidad y mejora continua, como 5S, Kaizen y PDCA (deseable).
