Responsabilidades
Ensuring the stability, capability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in production, guaranteeing that products consistently meet quality requirements, technical specifications, and customer expectations.
This position combines technical and leadership responsibilities, including the management of assigned quality personnel, the implementation and improvement of quality control methods, structured problem-solving, process standardization, and ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and management systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure that only products conforming to specifications, drawings, and customer requirements are released and shipped.
2. Manage, coordinate, and follow up on assigned quality personnel (inspectors and technicians).
3. Train quality and production personnel through visual aids, procedures, work instructions, and formal training sessions.
4. Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, inspection criteria, and process control plans.
5. Design,



specify, and validate inspection methods, fixtures, and tests for product and process.
6. Implement, monitor, and improve quality assurance systems, including process sampling and the use of statistical techniques (SPC).
7. Lead and manage the resolution of production quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
8. Analyze trends related to defects, rejects, and rework, proposing and implementing improvement actions.
9. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and work instructions aligned with the quality management system requirements.
10. Act as a liaison between Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other departments.
11. Participate in engineering changes and process transferss.
12. Coordinate and follow up on internal and process audits, ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions.
13. Prepare and present process quality performance reports and key metrics (PPM, Scrap, FPY, etc.).

Requisitos
JOB PROFILE
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality roles within a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience in process quality, production quality, or sustaining activities.
4. Personnel management and leadership experience (quality inspectors, technicians, or auditors).
5. Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
7. Knowledge and application of quality tools:
a. Root Cause Analysis: 8D, A3, Ishikawa, 5 Whys

b. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

c. PFMEA

d. Statistical Process Control (SPC)

e. Control Plans (CP)

8. Experience evaluating inspection devices, tools, or inspection methods.
9. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation (experience with automated equipment is desirable).
10. Experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
12. Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities.
