Burns ensure design intent is fully captured in construction documentation.
Mentor and lead teams in producing accurate technical and contract documentation for construction.
Inform design teams on local codes, permitting requirements, and industry best practices.
Lead construction administration duties including bid support, site visits, addressing technical issues, and improving design quality during construction.
Work with governmental authorities and regulatory agencies to achieve permitting and schedule objectives.
Manage, mentor, and support the recruitment of architectural resources, including those producing renderings and visualization content.
Support project schedule, scope, budget, and change‐management activities.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong knowledge of building design codes and applicable Mexican codes.
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), 3D coordination tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience leading architectural discipline teams and delegating work on large projects.
Ability to lead technical execution and resolve issues in multidisciplinary environments.
Ability to perform quality reviews for architectural and engineering documentation.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem‐solving, and team‐building skills.
Ability to devise new approaches to design challenges.
Familiarity with other building systems/disciplines and coordination workflows.
Ability to travel locally and internationally.
Willingness to work with AI‐enabled design and engineering tools.
Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of relevant architectural experience.
EPC project experience.
Previous consulting experience.
Data center or telecom facility experience.
Experience mentoring junior architects and developing architectural standards.
Experience supporting proposals, estimates, and project planning activities.
Familiarity with U.S. design standards and multinational project delivery environments.
Willingness to pursue Professional Engineer (AIA) licensure.
