We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented CRM exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing is a strong plus Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Familiarity with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform is a plus, not required, we'll train the right candidate Experience in or strong interest in the American sports betting and casino gaming industry Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn Comfortable communicating cross-functionally, including with engineering Passion for consumer digital products in sports, gaming, or entertainment C1 English proficiency required; this role collaborates daily with global teams, primarily based in the US This is an onsite, independent contractor role based in our Monterrey, Actual León office
