Your mission We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager – AP/AR SAP or Oracle also considered).
Experience with automation, RPA, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
Familiarity with electronic invoicing platforms and processes (SAT,



CFDI 4.0).
Strong knowledge of Mexican NIF (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards) , particularly NIF C-3 (Accounts Receivable) and NIF C-14 (Transfers) , with knowledge of IFRS 9 preferred.
Knowledge of O2C and P2P cycles .
Understanding of credit portfolio structures and collections risk management.
Familiarity with SOX processes and audit controls .
Upper-intermediate to advanced English required for interaction with external auditors and international counterparts.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams of 3–5 people .
Highly results-oriented, analytical, and able to operate with agility in high-growth environments characterized by constant change.
