As a Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing operations at our ISC CORP facility in Juarez, Chihuahua. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to the manufacturing team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the manufacturing processes and operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure smooth production flow.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the manufacturing team
- Time Study Analysis & Production Line Balancing
- Production Standard Definition
- Support Routing & Work Center Creation in SAP
- Support the implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth production flow
- Support on Fixture Design & Fabrication




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Six Sigma certification or lean manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of quality management systems and tools
- Leadership and team management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- ISO 9000 Basic Knowledge

NICE TO HAVE:

- Advanced degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
