About OSL Group
OSL Group (HK 00863) is Asia’s leading digital asset platform and fintech pioneer. As the first SFC-licensed virtual asset platform in Hong Kong, OSL bridges traditional finance with the world of digital assets, providing institutional-grade custody, Over-The-Counter (OTC) trading, exchange execution, asset tokenization, and stablecoin payment infrastructure (OSL Pay / StableX).
We are expanding our regional operational hubs and building high-performing teams passionate about shaping compliant, general financial infrastructure.
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, institutional-focused Stablecoin Business Development Lead for Latin America to drive the adoption and distribution of USDGO—the enterprise-grade, federally regulated digital dollar issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. and distributed by OSL Group.
With LATAM rapidly shifting toward digital dollar settlement for cross-border trade, B2B supplier payments, and corporate treasury management, your mission will be to position USDGO as the premier compliant stablecoin rail across Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina . You will originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with local payment service providers (PSPs), cross-border trade facilitators, neobanks, local exchanges, and corporate financial networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional GTM & USDGO Positioning: Formulate and execute a B2B-centric business development strategy across Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, emphasizing USDGO’s core differentiators: OCC regulation, GENIUS Act alignment, enterprise compliance, and 1:1 USD backing.
- Fintech & Payment Rails Integration: Secure distribution channels by partnering with regional PSPs, payment gateways, and local clearing rails (e.g., Pix integration partners in Brazil, SPEI partners in Mexico) to power underlying B2B payment flows with USDGO.
- Cross-Border B2B & Trade Settlement: Target supply chain networks, import/export corporates,
and cross-border payment platforms to replace slow legacy SWIFT corridors with instant, 24/7 USDGO settlement.
- Exchange & Liquidity Venue Partnerships: Drive USDGO listings, liquidity depth, and on/off-ramp integration across top regional exchanges and OTC desks (e.g., Bitso, Mercado Pago, Lemon, Ripio).
- Corporate Treasury Adoption: Educate and pitch corporate CFOs, Web3 treasuries, and institutional platforms on leveraging USDGO for balance sheet management, corporate payouts, and inter-subsidiary transfers.
- Deal Lifecycle & Integration: Oversee the end-to-end partnership process from origination to technical integration, working closely with regulatory, compliance, and product engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of proven Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Strategic Partnerships experience in Web3 (specifically Stablecoins/B2B Settlement) or Institutional Fintech/Payments (PSPs, Cross-Border Treasury, FX).
- USDGO & Regulatory Literacy: Strong understanding of institutional-grade stablecoin mechanics, reserve attestations, and compliance-first positioning relative to un-regulated alternatives.
- Regional Expertise: In-depth understanding of the commercial and regulatory financial landscapes in key markets:
- Brazil: Pix ecosystem, local central bank VASP regulations, and B2B FX settlement flows.
- Argentina: Parallel market dynamics, corporate demand for USD-denominated liquidity/hedging, and regional exchange networks.
- Mexico: SPEI rails, US-MX B2B trade corridors, and FinTech Law frameworks.
- Network: An active network of decision-makers across LATAM PSPs, neobanks, import/export corporations, Web3 platforms, and regional crypto exchanges.
- Languages: Native or fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with full professional fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a stablecoin issuer, global institutional exchange, or cross-border payment provider operating in LATAM.
- Familiarity with Solana and multi-chain stablecoin infrastructure, API-based payment integrations, and enterprise wallet management.
