What You'll DoSupport and analyze radiology and diagnostic imaging workflows within Epic.Support system requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Radiant.Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.Work with radiology departments and healthcare organizations to understand imaging workflow requirements and translate them into application solutions.Support workflows related to imaging orders, scheduling, exams, results, procedure documentation, and radiology operations.Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical and clinical teams.Participate in testing, quality assurance, and validation of system enhancements.Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, radiology staff, clinical teams, operational stakeholders, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.Help ensure that imaging workflows are accurate, efficient, and aligned with clinical and organizational requirements.Support initiatives focused on workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and improved diagnostic imaging processes.
