We are looking for a Financial Supervisor to lead financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and partner with key stakeholders across the organization. This role is idóneo for professionals with a strong accounting or finance background who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading teams while delivering meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate financial activities to support business objectives.

Lead budget monitoring and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

Review financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Support forecasting, planning, and variance analysis processes.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.





Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive operational and financial improvements.

Coach, develop, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
