Job Title: Sr. SRE Engineer

Location: Mexico (Remote)Duration: 6 months contract with possible extensionThe SRE Engineer

will improve the reliability, observability, deployment safety, and operational readiness of cloud-native e-commerce services.Required Qualifications:· Experience with a cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.· Hands-on experience supporting Kubernetes workloads in production.· Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.· Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.· Experience with monitoring, logging, incident response, and production troubleshooting.· Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Bash,



or another automation language.· Experience supporting highly available production systems.· Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering teams.Preferred Qualifications:· Experience with GCP and GKE.· Experience with GitHub Actions.· Experience with Cloud Monitoring, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.· Experience with Istio or another service mesh.· Experience with Apigee or another API gateway.· Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident-management practices.· Experience with canary, blue/green, or progressive delivery strategies.
