Team Lead (Full Stack)

to lead a distributed engineering team delivering enterprise-grade applications and cloud-native solutions across global environments.

This role is adecuado for a hands-on technical leader passionate about modern full-stack development, Agile delivery, DevOps, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

What You’ll Do

Full-Stack Engineering

Design, develop, test, and support scalable full-stack applications using:Java/J2EESpring MVC / REST APIsGroovyReact or AngularTypeScript

Build high-performance APIs and distributed microservicesDevelop reusable UI components and modern front-end architecturesImprove platform performance, scalability, and maintainability

Technical Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers and QA Automation EngineersDrive code quality, engineering standards, and delivery predictabilityConduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching sessionsSupport sprint planning, capacity management, and backlog prioritizationFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture

AI-Driven Engineering Practices

Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and M365 CopilotImplement agent-mode workflows to accelerate development, testing, documentation,



and refactoringApply AI-driven insights to improve code quality, testing coverage, and PR review cyclesSupport Spec Kit–driven development practices and AI-enabled SDLC optimization

Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering

Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft AzureContribute to CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub ActionsContainerize and orchestrate services with Docker and KubernetesCollaborate on observability, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives

What We’re Looking For

6–9 years of software engineering experience3+ years working with Java/J2EE ecosystems2+ years leading teams or acting as a hands-on Tech LeadStrong expertise with:Java/J2EESpring Boot / REST APIsReact or AngularTypeScriptMicroservices architectureSQL & NoSQL databasesGit workflows and CI/CD practicesDocker & KubernetesMicrosoft Azure cloud services

Experience driving Agile/SAFe delivery practices and engineering governanceStrong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with AI-assisted engineering workflows is highly valued
