screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.✨
Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operationsDrive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time deliveryLead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams⚙️ Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience• Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing•
