MisionThis role will be responsible for leading and executing the Human Development agenda at site level, translating business needs into practical people solutions and driving measurable improvements across

to translate business priorities into effective HR strategies and action plans.Lead labor & employee relations

, particularly for operational/hourly employees, addressing turnover and staffing challenges.Lead organizational change and culture initiatives
to strengthen engagement, performance, and employee experience.Oversee the execution of HR initiatives and services
across the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate HD strategy and measurable business impact.

500+ employees
.Experience in manufacturing environments.Advanced English LevelA hands-on approach and the ability to move between strategic conversations with leadership and day-to-day realities on the plant floor.+3 years in a similar rol
