What are we looking for?

Plan, develop, and implement talent management and organizational communication strategies aligned with the requirements of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, ensuring employee competency, compliance with job profiles, and continuous training. The position also supports the development of an organizational culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the automotive sector.

The role is responsible for ensuring effective talent attraction, development, and retention processes, as well as establishing clear and efficient internal communication channels that promote employee engagement and the effective communication of policies, quality objectives, and customer requirements, contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic and regulatory objectives.

Activities of the position

- Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes focused on filling critical positions, ensuring the attraction of qualified talent according to job description and Intake Form requirements.
- Define talent attraction strategies using internal and external sources aligned with the type of position: operational, technical, or specialized.
- Maintain updated databases of candidates and potential talent for future vacancies.
- Gather and validate personnel requisitions with department leaders, ensuring clarity regarding technical requirements, competencies, and position criticality.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify organizational development needs and ensure the proper assignment of competent personnel to critical processes.
- Implement and monitor key talent-related performance indicators (KPIs).




- Participate in the management of corrective actions related to audit findings involving Human Resources and communication.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure the effective dissemination of the quality policy, objectives, organizational changes, and customer requirements.
- Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus through internal campaigns, engagement initiatives, and organizational programs.
- Ensure effective communication during organizational changes, new projects, or launches, minimizing operational risks and ensuring employee alignment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Equivalent relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources may be considered.
- Complementary backgrounds such as Engineering, Industrial Relations, or Industrial Business may also be considered.
- Competency-based recruitment and selection, including structured interviewing.
- HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, time to fill, and quality of hire.
- Internal communications strategy and development.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Skills

- Microsoft Office, with advanced Power Point skills.
- Intermediate TRESS knowledge.
- Social media and graphic/design software, including AI-powered tools.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Recruitment platforms such as Linked In and job boards.
