Activities / Responsibilities
Create a rolling 3-month Master Production Plan for designated products considering capacity and sales forecast.
Perform supply demand analysis, what if analysis and propose delivery commitments
Insure coordination with plant schedulers to execute Production Plan on a weekly and monthly basis monitoring vigente output
Support the S&OP; process meetings and provide accurate production projections to calculate resources
