we’re looking for a driven, bilingual recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves engaging with candidates. This role is all about high‑volume recruitment.

if you’ve worked as a recruiter, hr generalist, hr analyst and have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, this is your chance to step into a dynamic role.

key responsibilities

- source candidates daily across multiple channels.
- conduct interviews and assess fit quickly and effectively.
- submit top candidates and follow up to keep them engaged.
- build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

qualifications





- 2+ years of recruitment experience for manufacturing, operative, admin, customer service or related blue collar roles.
- conversational english (able to hold interviews and discussions).
- strong communication and organizational skills.
- ability to multitask and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- energetic, proactive, and team‑oriented.
