Our client is a very established global organization with the energy, pace, and entrepreneurial mindset of a startup . They are expanding their internal Creative Hub and looking for a talented Video Specialist / Video Content Creator who can bring stories to life through filming, editing, motion, and social-first content.

The role operates on a global scale , creating social and digital video content for audiences and stakeholders across multiple international markets. You’ll collaborate regularly with colleagues around the world, so you must be confident speaking and working professionally in English .

This is a genuinely hands‑on role for an all‑around video creative. You could be setting up a multi‑camera shoot one day, capturing on‑the‑move footage the next, and then editing fast‑paced, typography‑driven social content.

The Video Specialist / Video Content Creator will help shape the visual standard for a global brand, combining strong videography and editing skills with the storytelling judgment needed to turn raw footage and complex ideas into engaging, beautifully paced content.

Role Highlights

Direct, film, and edit high‑quality video content across social and digital channels

Balance polished brand campaigns with fast‑turnaround, social‑first video content

Set up and execute professional shoots, including multi‑camera setups, lighting, and audio

Capture agile, on‑the‑move footage and authentic real‑world moments

Own post‑production from start to finish, including editing,



color grading, sound design, and typography overlays

Design and animate motion graphics for short‑form social content and Reels

Use animated typography, interfaces, and visual storytelling to communicate ideas quickly and clearly

Turn complex information into simple screen demonstrations, data visualizations, and video walkthroughs

Partner with creative, social, and production teams to plan shoots, equipment, logistics, and schedules

Maintain organized project files, video assets, and raw footage

Use emerging AI‑supported video and editing tools to accelerate captioning, resizing, versioning, and format adaptation

You Will Need

A strong video reel or portfolio showcasing videography, editing, lighting, audio capture, and post‑production

Experience creating modern, social‑first video content with strong pacing and transitions

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects , with Photoshop and Illustrator experience

Strong motion graphics and typography animation skills

Excellent judgment around pacing, composition, layout, typography, and visual storytelling

Experience with both higher‑production shoots and agile, lightweight filming

Confidence working within corporate or B2B brand guidelines while still producing engaging creative

Ability to manage multiple video projects and deadlines within a fast‑moving creative environment

A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a startup‑style culture within an established global company

Interest in AI‑supported video, editing,



and creative production tools

Strong spoken and written English is essential – you must be comfortable participating in meetings, discussing creative ideas, receiving direction, and collaborating with integral teams and stakeholders in English
