Kerry is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead snacks product development from concept through commercialization. You will design formulations, validate processes, and manage documentation for new and improved products, coordinating pilot plant trials and manufacturing validations.
In this role, you will interact with Commercial, Quality and Operations teams, apply sensory and physicochemical data, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance across projects in a fast-paced, integral environment.
