Opportunity to join a integral team responsible for defining world‑class manufacturing processes for automotive electric steering systems. ZF Division CE Steering is a nearly 7€ billion division within the ZF Group. Electric Front and Rear steering systems and components are manufactured in 9 plants countries across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia-Pacific. In North America, all manufacturing and assembly processes for steering systems and components are consolidated in the Queretaro, MX plant. With the rapid advance of autonomous driving technology, robust, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes are crucial to achieving cost and profitability targets in a highly competitive environment.

What you can look forwars to as Quality Management Systems Supervisor :

Coordinate the execution and monitoring of corrective actions resulting from Internal Quality Audits, Customer Quality Audits, External Quality Audits, and customer complaints through Layered Process Audits (LPAs), while keeping Quality and Plant Management informed of the overall audit status.

Monitor, communicate, and implement new requirements from Corporate Quality Systems, Customers, and Certification Bodies.





Coordinate the maintenance and updating of quality documents and records, ensuring the latest revisions are controlled within the Document Control System.

Identify and communicate customer-specific requirements to the Human Resources Department for inclusion in the annual training plan.

Manage and coordinate audit activities with the support of Internal Auditors.

Ensure, through auditing activities, the timely and effective resolution of internal and external customer claims and corrective actions.

Maintain knowledge of and comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Your Profile as Quality Management Systems Supervisor:

At least 5 years years of experience in Quality Controls System (No process)

Fluent english is a must

Must have experience in T1 companies

Experience managing IATF 16949 and VDA audits

Documents control, customer audits, Customer specific requirements

Nice to have experience in root cause analyses, and core tools application

Must have Internal Audit Certification, nice to have Lider Auditor
