Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Perfil buscado




Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5 to 8+ years of experience leading maintenance functions at a managerial level within industrial manufacturing environments.
Strong experience managing large maintenance organizations and multiple technical disciplines.
Advanced English proficiency.
Hands-on experience with SAP
Proven track record improving reliability, maintenance performance, and operational results.
