Product Manager | Pharmaceutical Industry

We are supporting the search for a Product Manager to join a multinational pharmaceutical company in Mexico.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, and product launches , who can take ownership of the following:

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands.
- Lead product launches, new molecule introductions, and/or new indications.
- Develop brand plans based on market insights, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Manage the product lifecycle and identify portfolio optimization opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and marketing budgets.
- Adapt general strategies to the local market.
- Work closely with Commercial,



Medical, Regulatory, and other internal teams to execute marketing plans.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience launching new products, molecules, or indications.
- Experience in brand and/or portfolio management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Advanced English.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
