NielsenIQ’sPayroll team is a strategic function that supports business success by ensuring associates are paid accurately and on time. KeyResponsibilities

Support theend-to-end payroll process, including:

Pre-payroll activities: receiving,validating, and uploading payroll inputs.

Post-payroll activities: accounting entries, monthly reconciliation with Finance, and CFDI processing.

Assistwithoff-cycle payrolls, such as Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), profit sharing (PTU), and other special calculations.

Respond toemployee payroll inquiriesthrough established systems and communication channels.

Support compliance withstatutory and internal payroll regulations.

Assist withSocial Security processes (IMSS), including:

Registration of new hires, terminations, and salary changes.

Medical leave tracking and validation.

Support withSUA, ISN, and FONACOTcalculations and payments.

Support payroll-related benefits administration, including savingfund,food vouchers, gasoline vouchers, and other benefits.

Provide support to theLATAM Regional Payroll Teamwhenrequired.

Participate inprojects and process improvement initiativesas needed.

You will be part of a team of skilled payroll professionals supporting bothlocal and general payroll operations, contributing to the continuous improvement ofthe employeeexperience.

Qualifications

1+ yearsof experience in payroll or related roles.

Strongcommunicationand organizational skills; experience interacting with management is a plus.





Solid knowledge ofMexican payroll legislation, includingLFT, LISR, and LSS.

English: ability to hold conversations and attend meetings is preferred.

Experience withSTRADA and/or Workdayis an advantage.
