Native is hiring a Director, Marketplace Ops to lead the supply side of our integral on-demand marketplace. You will own the marketplace mechanics that determine supply, in the right locations, accepting the right work, completing it on time, and producing data-driven unit economics.
This role blends operations and product work, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to improve dispatch, routing, contributor workflows, payments, claims, and marketplace visibility across regions.
