Requirements: Tenure: Minimum 1 year as Ops Manager or similar roles
Specific knowledge or skills required:
Ability to lead leaders.
Client management.
Formal Education/Experience: Higher education completed and 1 year of experience in a manager role.
Availability to work ONSITE either at Site Chapultepec or Tlalnepantla
Competencies to evaluate Customer Focus (Internal/External).
Strategic Thinking.
Planning.
Analysis.
Responsibilities: To manage the relationship with the client to achieve goals and comply with the SLA.
To maintain and control the financial health of the account.
To manage defined support services including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance for the account.
To facilitate collaborators daily activities in order to become more effective and efficient.
To ascertain potential future business growth/decline and pertinent resource needs, thorough analysis of statistical/historical trends, client communication and industry awareness.
To support staff and drive performance accordingly with their needs.
To sustain and grow business partnerships with clients by offering proactive solutions.
