He / she supports the execution of the Business IT strategy under the leadership of the Business IT Specialist and/or Manager. The IT Support & Operations Officer reports hierarchically to the Business IT Specialist or Manager. The IT S&O; Officer has a local scope.
The role applies incident and problem management processes to provide resolution to incidents or appropriate workarounds for problems while seeking to proactively and continuously improve support to the Nutreco's internal and external customers.
