- At least 6 years’ experience working in a 24x7 mission critical Network or Technical Operations Center environment.
- Ability to adjust to changing workflow on the fly, while demonstrating the ability to work on multiple tasks.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have experience troubleshooting and resolving server systems issues (low disk space events, CPU, memory).
- Familiarity with enterprise class monitoring/management systems and associated technologies, including: Datadog.
**Your Tasks**:
We are searching for a seasoned and capable individual who will be a pivotal player for the Hemmersbach team. The Network Specialist is a 24x7x365 engineer responsible for supporting all business and technology services.
Primary duties include, but not limited to:




- Responding to health monitors and alerts.
- Leading the incident management process and facilitating internal and external partner communications to assist with resolution of production incidents.
- Leverage regular reports and dashboards to ensure team members are maintaining or exceeding established individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Respond to escalations from Customer Service (Tier 1 & 2) or Partner NOCs.
- Track and manage incident tickets fully to ensure proper operational metrics are captured and maintained.
- Work jointly with Operations Readiness teams to quantify cardholder and account impact at the end of production incidents.
