**Quote Analyst 1**
**Education**:
- Bachelors degree in business or Supply Chain experience equivalent
**Experience**:
- 1 year minimum experience as buyer, planner, or other supply chain /quoting role.
**Knowledge**:
- Experience in quoting, buying or supply chain management; preferably in electronic commodities.
**Skills**:
- Strong English skills (written & verbal) in a business environment. Ability to communicate effectively with people around the globe.
- Ability to review part numbers, descriptions and datasheets
- Strong PC tool skills (spreadsheet, file management, etc.)
- Supplier negotiation skills
- Self motivated and self driven
- Able to work independently with respect to firm timelines and as a team
**Responsibilities**:
- Working within a regional quote team; support activities related to quotation process for new business.
- Responsible for assigned commodities within integral quote team; review and prepare RFQ for release to suppliers.
- Follow up and escálate as needed with suppliers.
- Follow Sanmina SOPS for quoting process
- Work and maintain relationship with suppliers
- Source, identify and determine the most competitive quote
