About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, bilingual recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves engaging with candidates. This role is all about high‑volume recruitment.

If you’ve worked as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, HR Analyst and have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, this is your chance to step into a dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates daily across multiple channels.
Conduct interviews and assess fit quickly and effectively.
Submit top candidates and follow up to keep them engaged.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Qualifications




2+ years of recruitment experience for manufacturing, operative, admin, customer service or related blue collar roles.
Conversational English (able to hold interviews and discussions).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Energetic, proactive, and team‑oriented.
