Work you'll do/Responsibilities
At Deloitte, you'll collaborate with top professionals to solve complex problems. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions. As a Manager you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the Human Capital Portfolio through:
• Working closely with leadership to be part of client/stakeholder meetings to understand business requirements (Client & stakeholder), share process insights and work on business needs.
• Managing multiple medium sized engagements, independent decision-making, guiding policy development, and fulfilling staffing requirements.
• Maintain collaboration with cross functional teams for process improvement and issue resolutions.
• Ensuring adherence to best practices and facilitate process improvements/ cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
• Responsible for client and team management, including proactive value creation activities.
• Support sales activities, account management, and project planning.
• Advanced English level.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the US payroll domain and processes.
• Strong experience with SAP, Oracle, or Workday HCM cloud payroll applications.
• Proven experience in leading, managing, training, and coaching teams in large-scale payroll operations.
• Strong client relationship management and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to manage key stakeholders effectively.
• Strong understanding of process KPIs, SLA reporting, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• ITIL trained (Or awareness of ITIL standards will be an added advantage).
• Proficient in 1 or more IT Service Management Tools (Service Now, JIRA etc.).
• Proficient in 1 or more Reporting Tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
