Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve production goals and improve overall plant performance.
Coordinate with other departments to align operations with organizational objectives.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
Lead and develop plant personnel to enhance team performance and productivity.
Lead a manufacturing site with full operational and P&L; ownership.Drive operational excellence in a stable and growing organization.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience as a Plant Manager with full site responsibility.
Proven experience leading manufacturing operations with complete P&L; ownership.
Strong track record managing cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment.
Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the production floor.
High level of business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational execution.
Experience within metalworking, steel, metal fabrication, stamping, heavy manufacturing, or similar industrial manufacturing environments will be considered a strong advantage
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
Valid passport and U.S. visa.
