They are looking for a highly capable Lead Technical Product Manager who combines strong product leadership with structured systems thinking and the ability to operate independently. About The Role
We are looking for an experienced, technically minded product leader to take ownership of complex platforms, integrations, and digital systems.
You will be expected to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and business problems, establish clear priorities, and translate strategic requirements into practical product and technology initiatives. The role requires someone who can move comfortably between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities - What you’ll be doing:
Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for technical platforms, integrations, and associated systems.
Take ownership of complex initiatives from problem definition and prioritisation through execution and continuous improvement.
Develop a deep understanding of integration hubs, data platforms, system dependencies, and end-to-end workflows.
Translate complex business requirements into structured product requirements and actionable priorities for technical teams.




Apply strong analytical and structured-thinking skills to ambiguous business and technology challenges.
Work closely with engineering and other stakeholders to establish clear requirements, priorities, and delivery plans.
Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes, integrations, and data flows.
Evaluate priorities using business impact, technical complexity, risk, and long-term strategic value.
Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Take a proactive, action-oriented approach to resolving issues and moving initiatives forward.
Operate independently and take accountability for outcomes without requiring close supervision.
Bring curiosity to unfamiliar problems, asking the right questions and rapidly building the context needed to make informed decisions.
Contribute to a collaborative working environment through strong interpersonal awareness, sound judgement, and emotional intelligence.

Requirements - What we’re looking for:
We think the right candidate will tick most of the following boxes:
7–10 years of relevant product management experience , with substantial experience operating at Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, or comparable level.
Experience managing technically complex products, platforms, systems, or integration environments.
Strong exposure to integration hubs, data platforms, or interconnected enterprise systems .
Experience working in high-performing consulting, corporate, technology, or similarly rigorous professional environments; experience from leading consulting firms is particularly relevant.
A proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward without requiring micromanagement.
Exceptional structured-thinking and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to break ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks and priorities.
A proactive,



action-oriented approach with a strong bias towards execution and measurable outcomes.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar technologies, systems, and business problems.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex subjects clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A strong academic background from a highly regarded university or business school.
The ability to succeed in an environment combining the structure and complexity of a corporate organisation with elements of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business.

Preferred Qualifications - What would make you stand out:
Experience working within healthcare, health technology, diagnostics, or a related industry .
Previous experience with a leading strategy or management consulting firm.
An MBA or postgraduate business qualification from a highly regarded business school.
Experience working with complex integration hubs and data platforms .
Experience bridging product strategy, technology, data, and business operations.
A track record of succeeding in both corporate and startup or scale-up environments.
Demonstrable examples of independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity through to delivery.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time, remote position.
Monday to Friday
Flexible working hours
