Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Supervisor to oversee all Human Resources activities for our new manufacturing plant. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Mexican labor regulations while driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR initiatives that support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and organizational growth.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Build and maintain positive employee relations by handling conflicts, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican Labor Law, labor contracts, immigration requirements, and employee termination processes.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, performance evaluation systems, and compensation review programs.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, professional development, and a positive work environment.
- Advise managers and leadership on HR best practices and employment-related matters.




- Monitor labor market trends in the San Luis Potosí area to support workforce planning and hiring strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Manager, HR Supervisor, or similar leadership role within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Mexican Labor Law
- Immigration procedures and regulations
- Labor contracts
- Employee termination processes

- Proven experience negotiating with labor unions.
- Hands-on experience managing:

- Employee relations
- Conflict resolution
- Disciplinary actions
- Workplace investigations

- Good understanding of the labor market in San Luis Potosí.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
