Descripción del empleo
Responsible for ensuring compliance with operational and budgetary goals (efficiency, productivity, costs, delivery times) in manufacturing processes, guaranteeing the execution of maintenance programs, order changes, and cleaning routines. Supervises the availability of tools and measurement systems, promotes continuous certification of the operating team, and manages vacation administration in accordance with labor law. Maintains effective communication with service areas and suppliers to ensure timely supply of inputs and actively participates in safety programs, emergency brigades,



and root cause analysis for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Drives improvements in the integral management system and allocates necessary resources, ensuring a safe, ergonomic, and collaborative work environment.
Requisitos
10 years of experience.
Results-oriented approach (KPIs: PS, UDT, JC, OEE). Safety priority. Leads the integration of management systems (ISO 9001, 15378, 45001, 14001). Management of 5 S standards. Leadership / teamwork / service attitude / working under pressure. Application of improvement methodologies and tools such as SMED, TPM, etc. Expert in "lean manufacturing". Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology. Valid visa and passport. Advanced English.
