Brand & Outreach Assistant
to support one of its Managing Directors. This is a strategic role combining personal branding, outbound outreach, and copywriting to help drive visibility, connections, and deal flow. If you're a proactive communicator who understands how to build relationships and brand presence through smart outreach and compelling content, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Research and reach out to ~50 relevant individuals per week to generate connections and schedule meetings Make occasional follow-up calls using a curated outreach list Support in identifying and sourcing speaking or visibility opportunities Post 2–3 weekly thought leadership pieces on Linked In (via ghostwriting or repurposing notes) Collaborate in organizing and updating content, leads, and outreach via tools like Airtable and Chat GPT
Requirements What We’re Looking For
Strong written communication and
copywriting/ghostwriting
skills Experience in outbound outreach, Linked In messaging, or cold email/calling Ability to manage content posting and engagement on Linked In Confident communicator with fluent English, both spoken and written Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting improvements Familiarity with Airtable, Chat GPT, or similar tools is a plus
