Eatonu2019s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a NAC Operational Excellence - Lead analyst. ## What youu2019ll do: The North American Controllership (NAC) team ensures a robust control environment, delivers accurate and timely financial results, and lead the implementation of general accounting standardization strategies. These efforts are designed to streamline accounting processes and maintain strict compliance with U. S. GAAP and Eatonu2019s financial policies. The NAC Operational Excellence Lead Analyst is responsible for the handsu2011on execution of continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering assigned CI projects, supporting process standardization, and enabling efficiency improvements across the organization. In addition, this position will champion education on the benefits of CI across controllership.

Job Responsibilities
u2022 Continuous Improvement Execution
\- Execute assigned workstreams within CI initiatives under defined scope and direction.
\- Perform detailed process mapping, data analysis, and rootu2011cause identification to support solution development.
\- Apply standard CI and problemu2011solving tools to implement improvements, not design enterprise frameworks.
\- Validate improvements through data tracking and postu2011implementation reviews.
\- Maintain detailed action logs, issue tracking, and execution dashboards for assigned initiatives.
\- Support project managers and Op Ex leadership with status updates, risk identification, and mitigation tracking.
\- Execute user testing support, data validation, and postu2011gou2011live stabilization activities.
\- Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials to support adoption and sustainment.
\- Support benefits tracking related to efficiency,



quality, and capacity improvements.
\- Assist in documenting and reinforcing controls impacted by process changes.
\- Support audit readiness by ensuring updated process documentation and standard work are maintained. ## Qualifications: Education level required
Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Bilingual English - Spanish

Years and area of experience required
\- 3+ yrs of experience with experience executing medium to large CI or process improvement initiatives.
\- Clear understanding of CI- Problem solving tools
\- Working knowledge of end to end BPI process as a CI/Lean team member
\- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, provides solutions and delivery, timely results.
\- Process oriented and collaborative approach
\- Able to understand regional process differences and support evaluation of standard practices under guidance.
\- Prior experience in finance or accounting preferred
\- Lean / six sigma certification preferred

Technical knowledge
\- Basic understanding of (Oracle/SAP - Preferred)
\- Experience supporting ERPu2011enabled process changes (testing, validation, stabilization).
\- Exposure to data extraction and validation to support CI metrics.
\- Digital mindset, understanding of IT Tools
\- Office365 (Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms) - Preferred
\- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies ## Skills: Soft skills
