Test Lead -Performance: Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end performance testing




lifecycles for complex enterprise applications. Bridge communication
between onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and delivery timelines. Conduct client-side performance analysis
using browser-based tools and
App Insights. Present NFR results
and performance risks to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences. Manage task alignment and
coordination of testing activities
across global teams. Requirements: 8+ years of hands-on experience
specifically in performance testing. Deep expertise in Open Text Load Runner
and Load Runner Cloud (LRC). Proven experience
leading meetings with stakeholders
regarding performance improvements. Strong technical background in
Microsoft Azure environments. Expertise in
End-to-End Performance Testing
methodologies. Desired: Understanding of the architectural workings of
Power BI based applications. Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
