CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TAX RESOLUTION
Assist U. S. citizens in resolving tax issues and managingtheir IRS obligations.
A tax relief advocate agent acts as an intermediary between taxpayers and tax authorities to resolve tax debt,penalties, or compliance issues.
POSITION OVERVIEW
You will receive incoming calls, and you will help our customers understand how our program works and answer any question they have. Empathy, great communication skills and building rapport are your best assets! Keep in mind that this position is to work on-site (Near Zapopan Centro) and it’s a full-time shift. Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 8 pm.
WHAT DO YOU GET
Base salary of $15,000 MXN net monthly
Hiring bonus of $8,000 MXN paid in 4 installments.
