Agenda Management: Schedule and/or organize appointments and meetings. Communication and Reception: Handle the flow of emails. Document Administration: File, classify, and safeguard physical and digital documents, ensuring confidentiality. Operational Support: Draft certain reports, meeting minutes,
and presentations, as well as manage office supply inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor´s degree in industrial engineering or similar. 1+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in the automotive sector. Advanced proficiency in word processors and spreadsheets for reports and presentations. Skilled in using cloud tools (One Drive) and communication platforms. Efficient organization and planning of meetings using digital tools. Creation and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems. Fluent English. German desirable. 1 year contract.
