Enablement Administrative Supervisor Sr. Key tasks & responsibilities n Accountable and responsible of Site´s enablement to ensure a year-around successful operation within approved forecasts and financial guidelinesn Compliance with administrative processes and policies related to Labor, Procurement, Warehouses, Legal, Accounts payable, Treasury. n Responsible for the execution and monitoring of procedures for corn seed import/export process, follow up invoice's payment process and resources allocationn Personnel hiring plans of the TPD México site. n Provide operational support and follow-up to the operation needs by solving problems and making decisions that impact business operations. Ability to identify deviations in the plans and correct them.n Vendor negotiation ensuring procurement for short and long term strategy.n To be a reference in the execution of improvement initiatives and house keeping of the site.n Follow up to quotes requirement, purchase order creation and paymentsn Share relevant information periodically with all departments involved in the operation.



Analyze information through statistical data to support process improvements in administrative areas.n Optimize material delivery time across sites. n Along with the Enablement Coordinator preparation of monthly and annual Forecast of TPD Mexico Site operations. n Act as the site´s focal point on social responsibility and community reach
Qualifications & competencies
n BS Degree on Business Administration or related academic field with 7+ years of experience and knowledge of Computing and Finance.n Strong experience on labor relations, administrative controls, payroll processing, recruitment and selection, training, Federal Labor Laws.n Problem-solving ability; Analytic skills.n Teamwork; strong communication and influencen Proficient level of English language is requiredn Information management systems (SAP, Payroll Software, Sharepoint)
