About The Role We are looking for an exceptional Adoption Engineer to join our team of super heroes.
You will have the opportunity to be the customer interface of an exciting new technology. The Adoption Engineer is a member of the Thousand Eyes Systems Engineering team tasked with optimizing adoption and utilization through best practice recommendations. The Adoption Engineer, working in tandem with the Customer Success Specialist, will serve as a post sale technical consultant throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is accountable for ensuring the success of Thousand Eyes customers, the execution of adoption-driven playbooks, product trainings, and customer roadmaps.
What You’ll Do Proactively reach out to customers to build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship and create technical champions Collaborate with the Customer Success Specialist and Sales team on account strategy Identify customer strategic initiatives and potential use cases Engage with customers to drive adoption through best practice recommendations and increase the value Thousand Eyes delivers to their business Actively identify new and expansion opportunities Share customer feedback and enhancement requests with the Product team Deliver product updates sessions highlighting new capabilities that have been released
Qualifications 3+ years of Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services or similar technical customer facing roles Strong desire to learn and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Knowledge of network infrastructures, cloud technologies and application frameworks Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Java Script) Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills English and one of the Iberian languages (Portuguese or Spanish) are required Additional European languages are highly desirable Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
