Job Description
Target To guarantee the reliability of our production equipment by driving a proactive maintenance strategy. This role focuses on preventing issues, executing problem-solving, and collaborating closely with Production, Processes, and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Main Responsibilities Drive Proactive Maintenance:
Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM) to anticipate failures. Collaborate for Improvement:
Act as the key maintenance partner for Production, Processes, and Quality teams to enhance equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Lead Root Cause Analysis:




Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment failures to implement robust, long-term solutions and prevent recurrence. Provide Technical Leadership:
Offer high-level support for complex equipment issues and manage spare parts strategy for critical components.
Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, industrial controls, and robotics. Proficient in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Familiar with TPM principles (Corrective, Preventive, Predictive) and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8 D, Shainin). ️ Attitude & Skills Proactive & Preventive Mindset:
