Commercial Credit Specialist handles inbound and outbound campaigns with a dynamic volume of calls with Card Members and Program Administrators to provide financial advice on current and past due scenarios,



using persuasive communication and negotiation skills and working to resolve the status of each case presented in corporate accounts, balancing collection efforts while delivering an extraordinary customer service.
