Paid Video / Ad Creative Designer
to scale performance creative through iteration + net new concepts. In this role, you will develop and optimize paid ad creatives while contributing to improved CTR, CVR, and thumbstop performance across campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Optimize top-performing ads (Meta/Google) Create net new concepts by audience + benefit Develop high-volume variations (mutations) Align creative to CTR, CVR, thumbstop Must-Have: Performance-first creative thinking Ability to iterate quickly at scale Strong understanding of paid platform dynamics
