Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to scale with our company’s exponential growth. Under the direction of the current AP Team Lead, the AP Specialist will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely payments, prompt response to email inquiries, and ensure invoices are coded with enough lead time for internal review and approval. This role will be responsible for coding all third-party vendor invoices, managing internal approvals and ensuring that all invoices are coded at month end from the prior period. This position requires strong attention to detail and communication skills.
