We are currently seeking a Dev Ops Engineer Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). ### Job Title: Senior Dev Ops Engineer (AWS u0026 CI/CD) ### Role Overview We are looking for a Mid-Level Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in AWS and CI/CD practices to help design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in automation, cloud services, and deployment pipelines, along with a solid understanding of software development and operational best practices. * * * ### Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes
* Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS
* Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment reliability
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability
* Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
* Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
* Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and workflows

* 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)
* Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or similar)
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred, Cloud Formation acceptable)
* Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
* Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar)
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture concepts * * * ### Nice to Have
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Cloud Watch)
