This role requires extensive handsu2011on experience in RF measurements, strong software development capabilities, and the ability to architect robust test methodologies. Key Responsibilities \- Lead the development of advanced benchu2011level test plans for RF, mixedu2011signal. \- Implement automated test using C#, Lab View, Python. \- Perform complex RF characterization including EVM, ACLR, Gain, Noise Figure, IP3, Phase Noise, and Su2011parameters. \- Set up and operate RF equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters. \- Lead debug efforts for test failures, instrumentation issues, and RF board problems. \- Develop advanced data analysis tools and automated result processing scripts. \- Collaborate with RF Design, Validation, and Product Engineering teams. Minimum Qualifications \- Bacheloru2019s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. \- 5+ years of handsu2011on RF and bench testing experience. \- Expertise on test automation. \- Strong understanding of RF measurement science.



\- Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and systemu2011level hardware documents. Preferred Qualifications \- Masteru0027s degree in RF, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline. \- 5+ years in RF bench testing or validation. \- Experience with SCPI, VISA, and automated instrument control. \- Familiarity with LTE, 5 G NR, GSM/EDGE, WCDMA, WLAN, Bluetooth, and GPS standards. \- Knowledge of RF PCB design basics. Physical Requirements \- Ability to work at a test bench for extended periods. \- Ability to lift and install lab equipment up to 5 lbs. \- Ability to move between labs and offices as needed. Minimum Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
