Purpose Statement:
Negotiate lowest total cost of ownership supply side component contracts for assigned commodities. Support sites in achieving customer satisfaction with associated cost, quality, delivery, and working capital. Key Job Accountabilities:
* Prepare and execute RFQs: Contribute to the General u0026 Regional Request for Quote (RFQ) Process, including quoting and repricing efforts, to contribute to cost reduction with a focus on lowest total cost.
* Deliver site material escalation support through the parts expediting process (Plexpedite). Take swift action on part shortages so our manufacturing sites have the right parts to meet our customersu2019 needs.
* Perform Plexus agreement loading, review, and maintenance to ensure continuity of supply.
* Maintain data integrity by being detail oriented and tech savvy. Ensure clean data management to safeguard the operational metrics, which allow for quality decision making and management.
* Optimize business processes with a LEAN mindset and an eye for continuous improvement. Drive out waste and downtime from sourcing tools,



processes and systems to increase team productivity and value.
* Education/Experience Qualifications:
* Requires a Bacheloru0027s degree. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Other Qualifications:
* Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence
* Strong experience driving KPIs
* Demonstrated commodity management expertise
* Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
* Strong data analysis and Decision-making capabilities
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Project management experience Physical Requirements:
* Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
